Though the morning began with uncertain skies, the rain proved to be a lucky charm, clearing just in time for a sun-drenched outdoor ceremony. Their day began with a champagne toast on the course, setting the tone for a heartfelt ceremony and a lively cocktail hour, where a live saxophonist provided the perfect soundtrack. Guests then gathered in the open-air venue for an elegant dinner before dancing the night away under the stars. The wedding design was effortlessly romantic, blending classic luxury with natural beauty to transform the space into a sophisticated, garden-inspired affair.

We decided to hire Chantal after seeing her in action at a friend’s wedding and immediately knew we needed her to coordinate ours. She was hustling all day and night, making sure every detail was perfect, and we were confident she’d do the same for us.
We booked her wedding day coordination package, and the process began about eight weeks before our wedding. Even though I’m a type-A person with a lot already organized, I was carrying so much of the mental load that it became overwhelming. From our first meeting with Chantal, that mental load lifted almost instantly. She quickly took the reins, alleviating a huge burden from us. She reorganized our timeline, making it far more efficient, and handled communication with all of our vendors to ensure every detail was squared away well before the big day.
She also stepped in to direct and coordinate our rehearsal dinner, which was invaluable since we had a friend officiating. Chantal was an absolute pro and a genuinely kind, caring person who truly wanted to make our wedding dreams come true. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly, and that’s thanks to her hard work behind the scenes. We were completely stress-free, knowing she had everything under control. We trusted her fully to make the important decisions so we could focus on enjoying every moment of our day.
I cannot recommend Chantal enough to all future brides. Hiring her was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process!
